Steady is operated by Raleway Ventures LLC. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund of any paid Steady subscription charge within 30 days of the date of that charge. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
How to Request a Refund
Our payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all Steady orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Alternatively, contact us through in-app support and we will help you start the refund.
Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Free Trials
If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. If you are charged after a trial ends, you can still request a refund within 30 days of that charge.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, charges are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Steady settings to prevent future charges; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
